While Oregon’s Governor is reportedly on a little trip to Hawaii, the people of Oregon prepare to hand her back the largest tax increase in history.

$4.3 billion for a transportation tax that is more than fixing roads.

Laundered in the bill are millions for pet climate change projects designed to be the governor’s legacy.

Before the bill was passed by her Democrat legislators, the public screamed 90 plus % against this tax.

Republicans said she should put it up for a vote, but Democrats ignored the request. That’s not very democratic, is it?

After dragging her feet for more than 30 days, to ensure signature gathers wouldn’t have time to collect the needed number, she finally signed the so-called emergency legislation.

Now it’s party time.

Signature gatherers are already mobilized.

They are waiting for the Secretary of State’s office to get the paperwork in order so they can take the petitions to the people.

The so-called experts say there isn’t enough time, but organizers believe Oregonians are pissed enough to get-er-done.
