Well, Oregon Governor Tina Kotek has all but run the clock out, and it’s time for Oregonians to step up or step aside.

Here’s the quick version.

Legislature passes alleged emergency funding package that most Oregonians are against.

A group seeks to kill the bill through the initiative process.

They have ninety days from the legislature’s passage of the bill to gather signatures.

The governor has until this Wednesday to sign the “emergency” bill.

Every day she drags her feet, is another day democracy can’t happen, as signature gathering can’t start until she signs.

She knows exactly what she’s doing, and it’s a scam.

The “pro-democracy governor” doesn’t want the people of Oregon to vote on her prized package because she knows they’ll kill it.

That doesn’t sound very pro-democracy, does it?

Sort of like when Joe Biden went behind our backs and had social media companies censor content that went against his family, COVID truth, and Russian collusion.

Anyway, the people behind the referendum are ready.

As soon as Kotek’s pen hits the paper, they’ll be gathering signatures, but you have to be quick, ready, and purposeful about signing. Kotek’s stalling has cut the time in half for gathering enough signatures.

It’s good to be irritated.

But if you leave it there, it does nothing.

Oregonians must get involved and fight.

Let the governor and her far left conspirators understand, this is not Oregon, they do not get away with this, and you are about to give them a good ass kicking.
