Their Tactics Are Nothing New (edited)

It’s time to make a plan.

Each one of us should get our eyes in the Word of God and our hearts in line with His plan as we enter the next phase of this battle, not just for our nation and the freedom we once took for granted.

I’m reading in Acts chapter seven about Steven and his conversation with religious leaders of the time, a conversation that got him stoned to death.

He called them “stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears!”

He said, “Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who before announced the coming of the Righteous One.”  (Jesus)

The deceivers used religious and political systems to gain power over the people.

The same thing is happening today.

In Stevens’ time, this incident made the powers of this earth so angry that it says, “And hearing this, they were cut in the hearts and gnashed the teeth at him.”

That’s pretty pissed off if you asked me.

In fact, his challenge led them to stone him to death.

Reminds me of Charlie Kirk.

But there are many others under attack right now for giving us a window into the darkness and depth of the deep state, or what we are finally starting to label correctly as the spirit realm.

An outspoken media person, who is causing a gnashing of teeth by political leaders, tells a story of waking up, short of breath, with large claw marks on his sides and blood all over his sheets.

There is no earthly explanation for what happened.

He is piercing the hearts of evil, and evil is fighting back.

We can allow ourselves to be swallowed in fear, or read more of the story to see how many people discovered the truth once they understood who and what they were fighting against.

I had an interesting experience yesterday, climbing the Bridger Mountains with my wife and youngest son, Jess.

I used to be horribly afraid of heights.

Years ago, while hiking Livingston Peak in Montana, I experienced what I can only describe as a panic attack when we reached the summit of the mountain. My heart rate dropped to like 50 beats a minute, I was white, scared, and quickly ran down the mountain.

I have since worked very hard at telling myself the truth when I get a little uneasy.

Kathy loves the tops of mountains, and I don’t want to allow fear to take that away from us.

Yesterday, after years without incident, it happened again.

As they were stoning Steven, he cried out to God, asking Him two things: to receive his spirit and not to hold this murderous action against the people stoning him.

I suppose that’s something we need to keep in mind.

And having said that, Steven died.

We fight not against the powers of this earth but against principalties of darkness, and it’s going to get worse so that it can get better.
