The Final Nail In The Media Coffin

The legacy media is, as my mother used to say, as useless as tits on a boar.
A 20-something kid with a camera and the desire to find out what is really happening just slapped all the networks in the face by simply asking questions, digging, and uncovering the truth about Somalis ripping off the American taxpayers in Minnesota, in a multi-million dollar scam. (fake daycare)
Nick Shirley makes me chuckle.
Good for him.
He’s gotten more hits off his story while 60 Minutes continues to beat the dead horse, trying to trip up Trump or any other Republican they don’t like.
Leslie and her gang need to understand, no one gives a damn what they are doing.
We see through their questions and want to hear what independent journalists have to add to the conversation because we ask the questions the people are interested in.
Independent journalists are talking about issues that impact people’s daily lives.
Mark my words, this is the end for legacy media.
All of them.
Even the new brands that claim to be fair and balanced are often staffed with the same individuals who previously worked at the local newspaper or television station.
It’s a simple rebranding, and viewers/readers often overlook it.
Trust me, the left-leaning lack of balance is still there.
Step back and read carefully, and you will see it screaming off the computer screen.
Look at their donor/supporters.
Follow the money.
The editorial boards of the hippy papers and rags that used to be the standard trusted papers are treading water and sinking.
The problem with blindness is that it slips up on you when your arrogance is operating at full power.
The legacy media is dead, but its self-recession continues.
It’s sad.
I equate it to a heart attack patient whom paramedics know is dead, but keep beating the guy’s chest and blowing more hot air into his lungs, to no avail.
Dead is dead, and this weekend, Nick Shirley took the legacy media off life support.
What should scare the legacy guys is that it’s not just Nick beating the pavement; there are hundreds of us asking questions we’re not supposed to ask.
The internet is filled with people like Nick, and he just cleared the way as he placed the wooden cross on the legacy grave.
Yep, the ulogy is pronounced, and your numbers are not there.
Nice job, Mr Shirley.
Much admiration for your persistence.
