The Boy In The Back of The Room

Sponsored by CrisDental Eugene

There once was a boy named Christopher. He was the boy in the back of the room watching and listening for things you and I probably don’t hear.

They labeled him “Special” and it was true he was but to the world it was not a term of endearment but one of classification.

The boy recognized something in me that was hurting.

He somehow understood, It didn’t matter that I was on the news, to the world the real Rick Dancer was just as invisible as the kids in Special Ed.

That boy was the voice of God to me.

He knew my life was about to change as I explain in the video.

It didn’t matter how he knew, somehow he knew.

For me it was like God was issuing a warning that change was coming and He did it through the boy in the back of the room.

I’m remember of this story because another child from my past, now a woman, sent me the picture you are looking at to thank me for doing what I did.

I used to speak at dozens and dozens of schools.

I miss that part of my past.

I thank her for listening to God.

He wanted to remind me about her, about who I am, and about the boy in the back of the room.
