Red, White & Blue.

There’s a different feeling this 4th of July from Independence Day in the past.

For the first time in decades, many of us truly feel independent.

I smile when I hear the cry for no kings coming from the tired camp that once was.

We’ve lived under an authoritarian government for so long that some fail to recognize freedom when it stares them in the face.

What they don’t want to see is that what’s going on in this country is not about a party.

Most of us couldn’t care less about Republicans or Democrats; we care about reigniting prosperity and the pursuit of happiness.

We honor hard work, taking care of your neighbors, and getting big government out of our pockets.

Kathy and I went on a tough bike ride just outside the town of Red Lodge, Montana.

I kept thinking about how different life is as compared to just a year ago.

How much better it is knowing we have a president who is not pro-party but pro-America.

You don’t have to agree, and that’s because we don’t live under the authority of anyone but the almighty God.

As I watched people at the parade downtown, they seemed happy.

They’re excited to be on the right track again.

Later at the rodeo, it was Star Spangled Banner all the way.

When the national anthem was sung, hats came off, the air was still, and a level of respect for the “stars and stripes” was back.

There is still much opposition to deal with.

Some powers will do anything they can to squelch the cry of the people.

It took much resistance to form this country.

We had to fight REAL kings to end up with No Kings.

Don’t fall for the rhetoric and propaganda leveled by those who see an alternate future for our country.

That’s their right, but it is our right to push for something better.

We finally have our voice back, and we must fight like Hell to make sure it’s part of the national conversation.

Welcome to the future.
