You Can Kick Government To The Curb

Nothing makes me happier than waking up to see that Governor Tina Kotek and her mob failed to pass the largest tax increase in Oregon's history.
What a wonderful 66th birthday present.
First, I want to congratulate the Republicans who ran out the clock on the governor. Wow, in the past, the Republicans have had little power and still are a super minority.
But you guys managed to use strategy to not only kill this ridiculous piece of legislation, but also at least one gun bill. (that I know of)
Nice play.
Second, my hat is off to you, the people of Oregon.
Apathy is a disease, and when you heard what the governor and her mob were doing, you said not just no, you said Hell No.
I hope what you take away from this huge win is that your voice matters.
Oregon is in a horrible place right now.
The unions run the state.
They have their hands so deeply entrenched in the executive branch that it’s unbelievable.
The controlling party has lost its mind and its heart for Oregon.
You have a house and senate filled with people who believe more in virtue signaling than they do in listening to the people.
Their policies are bankrupting Oregon.
You have folks in rural Oregon who are voiceless, considering joining Idaho, and your governor has yet to set a meeting with these folks to find out why.
The party in control only cares about what happens along the I-5 corridor because that’s where most of the votes are.
They are in bed with lobbyists who cuddle and slip them votes or money and feel nothing as they destroy the culture that was once Oregon.
They break the law by claiming to care about Oregon but open their doors to people here illegally.
They call it a sanctuary state and risk losing millions of federal dollars for an ideology that goes against the constitution of this country.
Early this morning, the tables began to turn.
Something stirred in the soul of the country’s most liberal controlled state.
Oregon is not blue, not even close.
It’s just confused and run into the ground by people who don’t think about the big picture.
Well, this morning, that big picture exposed the lies and reminded Oregonians what truth feels like.
Congratulations Oregon.
And to you who once thought you ran the show, your time is short.
Better find a job in the private sector because I have a feeling your days in office are coming to a close.
You’ve been had.
