How Much Does It Take?

It is remarkable how much we, as Americans, will tolerate.
I don’t mean that in a good way.
But after years of watching so-called leaders destroy our country with DEI, hypocrisy, and lies, it appears culture is turning on them.
In listening to a podcast, I heard our current culture compared to that of ancient Babel.
The Babylonian leaders erected a tower to the Heavens, thinking they were gods.
They used tyranny to control the people and made slaves out of their enemies to do their hard labor.
God judged them harshly by turning one language into many.
They could no longer communicate, which resulted in chaos.
That chaos changed the world.
A similar phenomenon is occurring in our nation today.
Words have no meaning.
What is a man?
What is a woman?
Pretty simple concepts to most, watered down to where some don’t know.
Truth is another word whose meaning is so twisted by lies that the liars begin to believe what they are told.
You and I scratch our heads and wonder how this can happen.
We saw the depth of deception during the pandemic, the BLM riots, and the Biden administration, where judges were used to try to stop Trump.
Confusion and chaos are the channels used by evil to slowly dull a culture’s discernment and begin the slippery slope to destruction.
Yesterday was a great day for the truth in our country.
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of parental rights and threw a giant roadblock in the way of those who seek to use biased judges and message makers to slow down the president and his supporters ‘ vision for the country.
Hey, I get it, our vision may not be your vision, but we have a process(elections), and those who seek to go around it got a big slap in the face yesterday.
So, how much does it take to turn culture around?
I think the bigger question is How much will we put up with?
What is our breaking point?
I think we reached it.
Unfortunately, it takes a lot to get us to speak up and move.
Now that this giant vessel is headed in a new direction is not the time to take our hands off the steering wheel.
No, it’s time to throttle up, push harder, and right the ship.
Silence is our enemy.
We are in a battle, but not against culture or people or the other party….we are at war with evil.
Don’t be surprised when people like New York City Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani arise out of seemingly nowhere to capture the hearts and attention of the people.
He’s like that kid in middle school running for student body president who promised utopia, and the masses fell under the spell of his ridiculous promises by following.
Even in Oregon, I see bills being killed and voters fed up with corruption and lies.
So-called leaders push too hard.
The backlash is just starting.
Sense is making a comeback.
Perhaps soon sense will once again be common.
How much does it take?
