Hates Sipper Slope

Hate’s Slippery Slope

I can’t stop thinking about President Biden and his diagnosis of Prostate Cancer.

That’s probably because I was diagnosed with the disease back in 2010 and remember how frightening it was.

Yes, I was 50 and Joe’s in his 80’s so that’s a big difference.

He’s closer, I think (LOL) to the end of his life than I am but still when a doctor says “you have cancer” there’s a shock that goes with that you will never know until you are unfortunate enough to join the least popular club on the planet.

Mine was an easy case to treat. But I know enough about Prostate Cancer to know when it moves to the bone, your days are usually numbered.

I’ve seen all kinds of write ups online about the diagnosis.

Why wasn’t it revealed sooner?

Is this just a ploy?

I don’t believe him?

All fair questions but hold on guys, Joe has cancer….just a little grace needs to offered.

But what I haven’t seen is the vengeance and I’m glad for that.

I”m sure it’s out there but on my social media I have not landed on a comment like that yet. You know, people who are happy about it.

That’s what was so troubling for me about a report I read a few months ago where people on the woke left were surveyed and a large percentage said the death of Trump wouldn’t be a bad thing. That’s not the exact wording but in other words they were okay with him being assassinated or other forms of death

Hate is a slippery slope to Hell.

We can dislike someone and even think they are terrible and deplorable, but when we start wishing people dead, our soul is already gone.

I think Joe Biden’s administration was a disaster and nearly destroyed our country.

What he did to divide us and destroy democracy is disgusting.

But the guy was created by the same God who made you and me.

He is loved by that God, equally.

We must never stoop to the depths of Hell and wish anyone ill will.

We must resist the temptation to play the game and when we start hating someone so much that we wish them death, we are part of the problem.

Stay above the fray.
