God’s Got Our Back

Just behind the curtain, in a place none of us has ever been, is an unseen world.

I was listening to a podcast the other day. The guest described this realm using the Bible as his reference.

It is a place where good and evil are at war.

If you look at the world today, the reality of such a place is not hard to imagine.

It feels like the unseen realm is becoming clearer to those willing to look.

I just read where Oregon, Washington, and California are starting their own coalition when it comes to vaccinations.

They don’t like what the Trump administration is doing, so they are doing exactly what they said he would do, disobey the law.

We have state and city leaders fighting to stop efforts to reduce murder and crime.

They flood our country with people who came here illegally and, some, fight to keep them here, knowing many are criminals, gang members, drug dealers, and thugs.

It’s just one more attempt to usurp the power of the President of the United States.

We each have guardian angels that protect us.

Not from everything bad, that’s ridiculous, but they cover us in the unseen realm when demonic forces attack us.

God has His hand and His eye on us at all times.

It doesn’t mean bad things don’t happen, but it does mean nothing can happen to us that God doesn’t sign off on.

Righteousness really does matter.

When you ignore it, the demonic control over you.

If we understand that fact, that knowledge is our superpower.

I had people writing me privately to let me know one of my posts was pushed out on some hater’s page, and folks were shredding me to pieces.

Ten years ago, that would have freaked me out.

Now I take it as a compliment.

When you scare the powers of the unseen world, it’s like firing a gun and knowing you hit the target.

The enemy of good points his fiery darts at you because you are a threat to his mission.

We are told there will come a time when good will be evil and vice versa.

The time is now.

The enemies of good will use hate speech, censorship, and lies to try to take us down.

The louder they get, the closer we are to hitting the target.

If you do nothing, you are no threat.

If you push, you are now on the front lines of the battle.

There is an uprising in the country.

Good and Evil are butting heads.

Do not stoop to the tactics of evil.

Don’t be fooled by those who use cultural guilt and fancy manipulation to twist the truth.

Stay near the footstool of God and remind yourself that He’s got your back.

Tug at the hem of God’s robe in prayer and humility.

Oh, and go enjoy your life.

When your enemy barks, smile.

We were called for exactly this time in human history.

We know how this story ends.
