America On The Rebound

I read the New York Times this morning.
I flipped through articles from the legacy media.
What I can say is they live in a very different America than I do, and they are so out of touch with much of our country.
President Trump delivered an outstanding State of the Union Address last night.
He offered hope, something the other party never seems to deliver.
He wasn’t belittling or beligerant, as he can be at times.
But he also wasn’t afraid to look his haters in the eye and call them out for their uncivilized behavior and lack of compassion and decorum.
In defense of the Democrats in the room, it wasn’t like last year’s speech, where they sat on their hands, refusing to ever stand up.
They learned the public doesn’t put up with pouters, and this year, seemed to try harder.
But still, the scowls on their faces and jeers at various points revealed their true hearts and the division they are happy to sow and even more than willing to try to blame us for.
I think America is done with the blame game.
We want answers and someone who can deliver.
The Democrats in the room are out of touch.
Most of the country wants voter I.D. but the Ds keep pushing it away.
I feel like last night, the president turned a corner.
By the looks of the Democrats in the room, they saw it too, and even if they didn’t, they know they have no message, no hope, nothing positive to offer, just more disunity, unrest, and bitching.
The State of the Union is a production, and Trump is better at it than most.
This morning, the left-wing-controlled media is going over every detail to undermine what the president had to say.
Their bias smothers their credibility.
They love to fact-check the right, but offer a pass to the left, time and time again.
America is done with them to.
Go back just a few short years, under the Biden administration and think about it, did anyone really think Joe was in control and cared about the direction of the country?
No.
Did he and his party offer hope, or was it always more rules, more taxes, more regulations, more doom and gloom, more out of touch, more, more, more?
There is no more.
And when they can’t come up with anything, they scrape and claw at anyone who can.
Trump, like all those critical of him, has his shortcomings.
For goodnesssake, he’s human.
But last night, he was on.
He didn’t allow the anger and scorn from the left to mix with his message.
I’m sure, like any politician, he and his staff put the best spin possible on every sentence.
I would do the same thing, and so would you and the Democrats, if only they had something positive to say.
But what the anti-Trump folks in the room fail to understand is that this president is not afraid to step on their delicate toes.
And last night, he wore his big shoes and presented his case with class and grace.
Disagree all you want, but we each get to have our own opinion.
How you respond will say a lot about you as well, so choose your words carefully and try not to call names.
I can see the comment section now.
Oh, the labels and belittling will be over the top.
But something many of you fail to understand is that those of us who support the president do not worship him as you do.
Our day doesn’t begin or end with his every breath.
We see a leader willing to push culture, willing to try new things, willing to stand up for us, not the elite.
His fearlessness is contagious.
Your fear is uncontrollable, and you know it.
That is what you truly hate.
