Stop Looking Too Far Out

It’s Easy To Get OverWhelmed

I don’t know if you’re like this but it’s easy for me to get overwhelmed, it’s actually a character flaw I’m working on this year.

Growing up I could sense when things were headed in the wrong direction.

Maybe I thought bad stuff into existence, I don’t really know.

But I tend to look too far out and when things don’t work out it tends to crush my spirit.

I’m teaching myself, with the help of God and some great podcasts, to look at day to day.

I’m in awe of people who naturally or have learned to look at what needs to be done right now and not be afraid if it doesn’t work out.

I’m doing better at that but started in a deficit and way behind the rest of the world.

When I let things go, I mean really let them go, it brings me so much Peace.

A young person came on a live with me last night and asked what he/she can do to fight depression.

Again, in that same podcast this morning, an expert said to take the focus off you and your pain and start helping people.

I gave the exact same advice to that young person last night on TikTok.

Maybe it’s time we narrow our focus?

Maybe it’s time to look beyond ourselves, focus on others and in there somewhere, find our happier place?

You can’t change what’s gonna happen tomorrow or three months from now but you can act today to make this day better….one day at a time.
